The Caveau de Santenay offers several delivery methods to receive your bottles. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Care
You can choose delivery by UPS. In this case, your purchases are carefully packed (dividers to separate the bottles) by us and delivered by the carrier. By choosing this method, your purchases are insured up to €23 per bottle in case of loss, theft or damage.
Fast
We commit ourselves to deliver your package in 3 working days, as soon as we receive your payment.
Trust
The delivery of the parcel is done against signature. In case of absence, a notice of pending delivery is left in the recipient’s mailbox. It indicates the coordinates of the post office where to withdraw the parcel. The recipient then has 15 consecutive days to recover it.
In-store pickup is the easiest way to get your purchases. It’s also the cheapest method, since it’s free! We carefully pack your bottles in advance so that you can easily transport them to your home.
